With the Customized On Hold Messages option, you'll be able to add your store information to the Default Recording including areas served, directions, landmarks to find you, your local website and Facebook links, and any offers you provide to your local market.  Any offers should be generic with no expiration date.   You will receive an email after placing your order requesting your information, and then a fully written script with your local information will be sent to you for review before messages are recorded. Your new recording will include both your customized messages and the default messages.
